Racism Still (#760)

Why is racism still so alive today?
Why won’t we allow it to fade away?
Must people wrap themselves in hate?
For humanity, surely, it’s not too late,
What’s special about the color of skin?
Aren’t we all the same deep within?
Racism keeps being passed along,
Can’t we acknowledge that it’s wrong?
Amongst Latino, Black, and White,
Prejudice seems to be a God-given right,
They each fight racism yet they don’t,
Give up the ghosts of history they won’t,
We must accept each other and move on,
If not them racism may never be gone.

Any Thoughts?
