Pace and Way (#630)

Every writer has their own distinctive pace,
Some write slowly; others treat it as a race,
Some write alongside their muse,
Some write as if there’s nothing left to lose,
Many writers don’t believe in the muse or the creative force,
Yet for some, we see the magic and the muse as our source,
Some write at the speed of light,
For some, the right words are a mere fight,
Some writers hit the keyboard running,
Others take their time to craft something stunning,
Some write their stories in no time at all,
Others have their stories in perpetual stall,
Common among us is that writing is a need,
But we all have a different way and speed.
