Overloaded (#737)

Continuously hammered from left to right,
Not sure how long I can keep up the good fight,
My boss keeps hitting me with more fire drills,
As the lengthy list grows, my pounding head reels,
There’s no time, and our team is low on resources,
Yet they keep coming, as long as my blood courses,
“No” isn’t an option for leadership these days,
But just how many issues can leadership raise?
For them, everything needs to be fixed now,
Yet they haven’t a single clue as to how,
But I guess that’s where I come into play,
They always to look for me to find a way,
Last second fire drills and deadlines that are firm,
Being overloaded is quite the inadequate term.

Any Thoughts?
