Human Limits of Expression (#764)

If I could pass the human limits of love, I would,
I would give you all eternity if I could,
Time with you is priceless to me,
No matter how small the moment may be,
For just a kind smile brings light my way,
The sweet tone of your voice brings delight in all you say,
The touch of your hand to mine calms my soul,
When you’re near me, I feel complete and whole,
Nothing else in this world would I rather have than you,
Compared to loving you, nothing else would I rather do,
You hold my heart hostage with intent to love,
Don’t let me go because you’re what I’ve dreamt of,
Definite pride I have for you, my darling dear,
I love you, and sometimes I’ll say it with a tear,
Love is something people rarely grasp,
But I have faith, and to our love, I clasp,
I love you deeply, and that love is real,
Words are not enough to explain how I feel,
If I could pass the human limits of love, I would,
I would give you all eternity if I could.
