Grits Experiment (#1866)

Can you cook grits in a rice cooker?
At the video I was a hesitant onlooker,
A pot of grits typically gets stirred,
But no stirring was needed I heard,
The chances of failure were high,
Regardless, I gave the method a try,
I waited for it to flip from cook to warm,
Leaving it be felt so out of the norm!
When it switched, I looked inside,
My disbelieving eyes went wide!
It looked to be perfectly cooked grits,
There weren’t even any lumpy bits,
I was shocked and they tasted great,
That ended that cooking debate!
After how these grits turned out today,
I’m going to start cooking grits that way!
