Good Choices (#1515)

I know remaining Obese isn’t my destined fate,
It’s time to get at it and lose the weight,
I’ve tried with some success times before,
But this time is different- I want it more,
It’s easy to give in to apathy and delicious food,
Especially when I’m stressed or in a bad mood,
But I must make better choices starting now,
It’s not like I haven’t figured out how,
Repeated good choices add up in big ways,
No one is perfect, so I’m sure I’ll have bad days,
But if I use my head when I get my hunger cues,
All that unwanted weight I just might lose,
