Consuming Too Much (#1739)

I consume more than I create,
It’s a behavior that I hate,
The opposite should be the case,
So how do I do an about-face?
For real change I honestly thirst,
It might seem simple at first,
But it’s not easy as it may look,
Just more time in my notebook,
And less time on my phone?
Putting my nose to the grindstone?
Habits are a hard thing to break,
What lasting changes can I make?
