Bookworm Stare (#936)

My precious little bookworm
You still capture my heart,

But I can’t say very much for
It’s been that way from the start,

I see you reading your
Books quietly in our bed,

Through the years there’s no
Telling how many you’ve read,

But when I lay there and
Simply watch and stare,

I giggle because it makes
You want to pull out your hair,

If I didn’t love you
Then I wouldn’t tease,

So, pardon me if I continue
To watch and stare- if you please?

Any Thoughts?
