Attention (#386)

Can’t seem to concentrate on one thing,
My wandering attention is in full swing,
I really need to focus on what I’m doing,
But my attention’s discontent is brewing,
It runs away in different directions,
I must wrangle it back in sections,
My attention has more holes than swiss,
Why can’t I just focus on that or this?
It writhes more than any snake I’ve seen,
Sadly, that’s my attention’s normal routine,
Its rebelling is a hard thing to control,
After all, that’s the nature of my soul,
No matter how hard I try, my attention fades,
I’ve dealt with this now for over two decades,

Any Thoughts?
